    So basically im looking some help with the value of a bass…. My dad passed suddenly and left behind his pride and joy. a fender 1968 precision bass with original case. How would i go about getting a value on this because I know nothing about it.

    Originally started life as a fretted bass but was professionally de-fretted by Former Master Guitar builder for Avalon/Lowden guitars. Slight cosmetic damage to the bottom of the body which was professionally sealed at the same time as defret. This will not get any worse and is purely cosmetic … tried to show in photos . Comes with Godin gig bag which has a small tear inside but is still 100% fully functional. Buyer to arrange own courier will be well packaged for shipping. would also consider trade for Nordstrand Acinonyx bass. Also open to reasonable offers.

    Selling my Flea jazz bass as have my eye on something else. The bass has been upgraded to VVT configuration with. Bloodtone guitar works jazz bass wiring loom. The bass sounds fantastic with this upgrade. The original concentric pots will be included in the sale. No gig bag or case but will be well packed for shipping ... looking £675 plus shipping at buyers expense as will be shipped from Northern Ireland.... local buyers also welcome of course! Sale only no trades ( unless it’s a Chowny SWB1 Pro!)
