I've bought a new amp which has an excellent in built compressor so my superb MXR M87 has now become surplus to requirements. It is in "as new" condition and comes in it original box with the manual. These are the best compressors you can get outside of a rack system. Compressor is in Retford in Nottinghamshire and you are welcome to try before you buy. I can't believe this beauty has not sold yet!

I also have an AER amp one and got me tempted by the bass cube but would probably be looking at divorce proceedings if I bought this, great amps, great sound, I can just imagine the low end you get out of that sub!

I bought the amp used so I don't know whether it's been abused or not, fortunately I don't think it's gonna cost me too much to get the cone replaced. I just hope that there's nothing going off in the amp that ripped the cone otherwise my new cone will just go the same way!

A glad I've not sold this beauty yet because I've just ripped the speaker cone in my other amp type bump! Anyone know why amp cones rip? Is it just wear & tear or might there be other problems ?
