1. I had a MIM P bass and was awesome but sadly at the end of the day was still only worth about 300 SH but horses for courses I guess
 2. I think this might have been done before but I could not find a thread so started a new one I was just wondering how many winds/wraps of string you guys like to put on the peg when changing strings I always make sure I get 2.5 winds around the tuning peg but have seen some basses with more some with less I would think to many and the string would jump off the peg and not enough would obviously mean no adjustment in tuning so just asking out of curiosity really
 3. I would be happy to take the pancake plugs if you are splitting
 4. Cant remember if I put Tom Araya he is a fantastic bass player and never really gets much recognition

 6.
I have a 2013 Japanese Non Export 62RICS Jazz Bass which I bought new. Price wise, it was similar to a USA standard and a lot cheaper than a US Custom Shop. It is streets ahead of any other Jazz (MIA, MIACS, MIJ, CIJ, MIM etc.) in quality, finish, playability and sound that I have played over the years. However, I was yet to discover Limelight basses at the time of purchase. I'm now thinking of selling it to finance a Limelight.
Never played a Lime and I hate any form/brand of relics but slightly off topic I would be interested to know what hardware, body's necks and pups they have. Anyway on topic I have seen some 90's early 2000 Mex Fenders up for like 700 quid and they sell surely a MIM of that age even in great condition is only worth about 300 tops? maybe they are being bought by people who dont know about all the different Fender variations and just they are getting a bargain Fender?
 7.
I'm not normally that keen on black basses, but I like the finish on this. How much larger are the pickup routs? What are the dimensions? Thanks.
Hi the pickup routes are not much larger they were routed out for a set of Entwistle pups and they sat snugly in there (maybe a couple of mm filed off the wood) I will measure up and get back to you a bit later
 8. Just wondered am I missing something with Fenders? as some of the used MIM basses and CIJ are nearly as much as some of the USA ones and they seem to be selling so am a touch bemused I like Fenders and I know that regardless of origin you get a good one or a dog so what gives?
 9.
I bought one of these: http://www.ebay.co.u...=item541b182ce8 Weighs nothing, does everything it needs to..
good price
 10. Anyway I am sure a lesson has be learnt
 11.
I've owned a couple - far too bulky/ heavy compared to the micro pedals you can get for a similar price, new.
Agreed and those comps only go for 30-35 quid second hand as a new one is less than 75
