1. Yeah, like you wouldn't.
2. Probably needs a big willy too.
3. Remember to start a diary thread to post the pictures in then.
4. Here you go then. She even does extras. Amazing what you stumble across when you're innocently looking for a band to join...
5. And then spend an afternoon recording your own farts? Is this studio planned as a commercial venture, or purely for personal use?
6.
Awesome, 30 amps? You got enough????
I doubt that's amplifiers. It'll be something about lectrickery.
7. Not a great deal unfortunately. I've got one of these (mine has side handles though, not shown in your picture) and I think I only paid about £160 brand new, and that was a few years ago now. I can never get the sound I want out of mine...
8. It's certainly very lovely and the price seems reasonable (I'd give that for it anyway). The P&P is a bit of a git though.
9. Seems like you're going to need a top quality singer?
10. It fluctuates depending on my level of interest/enthusiasm, but never more than 1 hour per night because other stuff takes priority.
11. Ha ha, that one's fabulous, and it sounds like it gets a good reaction. "That's right. Those two ladies over there, fantastic!"
12. Well, it's hardly the Anti-Nowhere League now is it? That was kind of what I was expecting from a punk band. I'm out of touch is all.
13. Woah! A giant bass!
14. Very enjoyable and sickeningly accomplished for live. I listened to a couple of tracks waiting for a bass solo (as advertised), but didn't get to one. Can you point me in the right direction please? Weird bass sound on parts of Acid Rain - is that a bass? What is the effect?
15. This is good. Really nice and clean. Reminds me of Hoobastank a little.
16. Sounds good to me, a bit like McFly.
17.
No thats me! my wife bought me a day at Silverstone for my 50th!
Ah, you spawny $^%&. It looked like a old-school Marlboro McLaren and a blue and white helmet.
18.
Oh, I bought a pair of trainers at one of his shops yesterday.
I laughed.
19. Is that Mika Hakkinen on the wall?
20. I kind of default to doing them all in the style of Ryan Martinie at the moment. I need to roll off the treble and dig in less....
21. Lovely. How much does that lot add up to?
22. Lord knows, maybe. Or possibly they just threw an audition list together and filled it out with a few rock 'n' roll 'standards'.
23. What a surreal thread.
24. I'd just replace Tom in Slayer I think.
25. I've pretty much nailed these now I think. Just repetitive practise required now for familiarisation. They're a mix of country rock (I guess) and rock 'n' roll standards. Life in the Fast Lane - Eagles Peaceful Easy Feeling - Eagles Tequila Sunrise - Eagles If Tomorrow Never Comes - Garth Brooks (hate this one!!) Walk of Life - Shooter Jennings Blue Suede Shoes - Elvis Presley I Saw Her Standing There - The Beatles (this is much busier than I expected) Blueberry Hill - Fats Domino F.B.I. - The Shadows Call Me the Breeze - Lynyrd Skynyrd They also want me to pick a song where I'd take lead vocal for them to learn. I'm thinking Turn The Page by Metallica (or Bob Seger), which is about the countriest thing in my collection.
