Are you sure it's Pigeon's Laughter and not Pigeon Slaughter? Because that would indicate that they don't like pigeons at all, despite not being Chinese.

They can't be back together, most of them are dead.

I'm mostly human and could do this. How often and where do you rehearse, and what period of time are these 15 gigs spread over? Just trying to get a sense of the level of commitment required. Cheers, Stuart.

Not to my knowledge. My band supported Dayfall a few years ago (we were called Deadlock then) but they've had a few bass players come and go since.

I'm really interested but I think I'm too old and not alternative enough musically.

Why two basses, do they have separate roles? What's the rest of the line up?

The amount of traffic this site gets means it's worth waaaaay more than £1,500, difficult members notwithstanding.

Shines are great value. My first 5-string was a Shine, it cost just over £100 and I used it as my main bass for years. I played a 6-string at the London Music Show and that was excellent too, they only wanted £180 for it. Won't hear a word said against them.

I'm really umming and ahhing over this. We lost a hamster a year or so ago and he was a really beloved pet. We've bought a dog since but we could keep some hamsters out of his way easily enough. How old are these guys? Are they tamed (can they be handled without biting)? Also, are you still with/were you ever with Dayfall? What's happening with them (I notice the website's gone)?

You may have affected the resale value a little.
