    Hi, Some one gave me these strings but I only use standard gauge strings so have no use for these. They're brand new in the packet unopened.     Thanks for the suggestions. :-) I did a bit of research before I posted this thread and I saw a lot of praise for Jon. Unfortunately with my job and my young son I can’t travel quite that far. I have found the names of a few bass tutors in Swansea but it’s impossible to gauge if they’re any good for what I would need (many were guitarists teaching bass, which was a bit of a put off for me). Maybe I’m being picky but bass lessons are wuite expensive and I don’t fancy throwing my money away on an unknown quantity. :-)

    Hi, Does anyone know a know a good bass tutor in the Swansea/Clydach area? I’ve been playing for 10 years and have got to a decent standard but I haven’t progressed in a few years. I think I need to see someone to teach me music theory properly (rather than just the mish/mash I’ve picked up over the years!) and I’d like to have someone have a look at improving my technique. Thanks for any help.

    I've got two sets of La Bella Flatwound strings for sale (I've decided Flatwounds aren't for me!) Both are unopened in original packaging. The cheapest I've seen a set of these strings is around £36-37, so I think £28 including delivery per set is a very reasonable price. An questions, please ask.
