  1. Thanks Stingraybassman for the words. I guess you meant 'P sound' though, rather than Jazz sound! It's flexible alright, but not THAT flexible :-)
  2. I don't suppose either of my Sandbergs are of interest??
  3. Thank you, sir....and I just took a peak at your former Sterling, and drooled. TARDIS, anyone?
  4. Reduced to £400 - has to be sold!!.....and now has been! Sandberg Panther Special 4 Mahogany body with rare wood (walnut?) top. 2 pickups, 1 x Sandberg hum buckler, 1 x Sandberg split coil 3 band eq, active / passive Very good condition, plenty of punch and clarity. Complete with Sandberg gig bag. Would prefer collection, from South Birmingham, or half way meet within reason. Will ship at your risk, and expense, if you arrange it. Pop in for a test run if you want. Will trade for a US MM Sterling 4 - PM me, please, as I'm not as regular (ooh err) on here as I once was.
  5. Price reduction - has to go, guys. Financial dire straits are beckoning
  6. Now reduced to £600 Sandberg California PM 4 string bass. Bought brand new from PMT this Christmas for about £1250. Excellent condition, lovely player and looks rather nice too. I'm in Birmingham, and you're welcome to try it out before buying. Would prefer local pickup or half way meet (within reason!). May well trade for a US Musicman Sterling 4 - try me via a PM. Sold to a man with a van - thanks Martin, and thanks for all the kind words, guys. I now have a job, so can start saving up for.....more bass guitars!! :-)
  7. Reduced to £1,000 Gutted to say the least, but hey ho....... Due to redundancy I've got to let this go. I only acquired it four months ago, but the money is now much needed. It's a 1989 NT Thumb with EMGs in great condition. I had it set up (with flats) just after I bought it, the jack socket was replaced and the frets had a slight dress. It's all that an early NT Thumb should be, and if I get a job offer in the next few days I'm keeping it, but that does not look likely, hence no trades I'm afraid. It's in a soft Warwick gig bag, so I'd prefer to do a mid-way meet if feasible/possible - I'm in Birmingham, but can do Oxford and London easily. The link to the previous owner's photos are here (hope that's okay Gaz): http://s592.photobucket.com/user/gazhowe/library/Warwick%20Thumb%20NT?sort=3&page=1 Once again, no trades guys. PM me if you're interested. Yours faithfully, One very gutted NT Thumb seller.
