1. I'll take it, please. Can you PM me the payment details? Thanks.
2. www.wix.com is full of great templates, and is free. Choose one that floats your boat, and adapt it accordingly. For a small fee they remove their advert from your pages too. They also do a mobile version for the phone brigade, which is okay for free. I was impressed with what we made in no time at all, and it's easy to edit and update. Have a look at: www.goingstraightband.com
3. Selling on behalf of a friend. I can vouch for his all round goodness and great playing (he's Diamond Head's bassist - "Is He Evil?" No, he's a quite a nice guy, truth be told), and how nice this bass is. Any questions or enquiries, just ring Eddie direct on 07714 086369. He's also in the Birmingham area. "Fender Jazz Bass for sale, I've been told it's either a 77 or 78 maple fingerboard ash body; a Sadowsky preamp was installed about 10 years ago. I would consider removing it but to be quite honest it makes a great sounding bass and boosts it into the stratosphere, and I consider only the Aguilar preamp to be comparable, and I own Sadowsky basses. This is a very reluctant sale. The main reason being that it's a heavy guitar (which no doubt contributes to its huge sound) but after years of use has taken a toll on my back. Interestingly, when I purchased the guitar there was another identical 70s jazz bass with only one digit difference on the serial no. which was half the weight but was far inferior sound wise(Marcus Miller was right). Obviously for a bass of this age and extensive use, it has a few nicks here and there on the back of the neck and belt buckleware (see photos) but that doesn't stop it from being one of the best basses I have ever played bar none. It will break my heart to see it go. I would consider a part exchange with a deluxe Fender Jazz as it's the nearest I've heard to a good 70s jazz barring a Lakland, It has toured and recorded all over Europe and never let me down. Shirt, Slipknot's engineer, was a particular fan of it. It comes with a shaped semi-flight case and I am looking for £1,800" Photos to follow...when the Uploader is working properly again. No file was selected...oh yes it was!! If you're keen for photos PM me your email address and I'll oblige.

8. I think I have just what you want, and vice versa. Whereabouts in the UK are you? And can you send me the dimensions inc. weight? I'm in Birmingham, and will do likewise this evening, and add some photos. Can you PM me your email address, please?
9. Would a TC RH450 be of interest? I'm looking for something less old school (like my RH450) and something more hifi (like I believe your Benz is).
10. Very very nice, but not quite what I'm after. Thanks, all the same.
11. Thanks for the offer, Tony - much appreciated. I may well drop you a PM in the very near future. Thanks again, Phil
12. If you've read this far I'm sure you know all there is to know about the RH450....but just in case: 450w, built in multi-band compression, TubeTone, 3 memory pre-sets, mute button, tuner, plus the usual gain, bass, low mid, high mid, master. YouTube has plenty of good clips. Why is it up for trade? Well, new band and a new bass, and I'm semi-tempted to try a different amp as well, to suit the band sound a bit better. I'm not 100% on this, but I'll see what's offered. I'm thinking I may like something Orange and terrifying, or something Benz-y. Anyways, over to you. Offer away. (Photo to follow)
13. Bump (or, in Moog speak: Bbbbbbbbwwwwwwwuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmpppppppppphhhhhhhh)
14. A 'major price reduction even though it has just been serviced and sounds ace' type bump.
15. Top guy. Sold him a Warwick $$, (and subsequently wished I hadn't) and can thoroughly vouch for his all round good bloke-ness. A pleasure to deal with - thanks!
16. Bump for a great bass and all round good guy seller.
17. A 'I really hate a former lodger called Trevor who vanished owing me a month's rent, thus forcing me to have to listen to offers potentially for rather less than this bass is worth' type bump
18. Sorry Davewick, I have, only it took untll today to get my laptop working to be able to open the .rar file. The iPad really didn't like the file at all. Yup, lovely looking Sterling.........but not for me. Thanks for the interest.
