1. Reluctant but necessary bump.
2. Thanks for the kind words Tony - isn't life a b*tch at times? Anyways, bitterness aside, new photos added.
3. Bump bump bump b u m p Any offers guys?
4. I shall err on the side of decency, and try to get some guitar rash photos posted late tonight or tomorrow (gig tonight, see what time I get back).
5. Due to an unfriendly bank manager plus a broken gas boiler plus pent up GAS for another (cheaper) bass currently for sale on the forum, I'm putting my Spector NS4 in Buckeye Burl up for sale. It's a fabulous bass, but I need to liberate some of the money it holds. The Buckeye Burl wood is complemented by gold hardware. The reverse of the bass has some quite nasty buckle rash which it came with, but hey, it's a guitar, it's been played. The Spector hard case is included. More photos to come in the next couple of days. Any questions, feel free. However, if the object of my GAS desire is bought before this one sells, I will reserve the right to withdraw this one from sale. Truth be told I don't want to sell it at all, unless my house of cards cunning plan comes good. We'll see. I'm in south west Birmingham; feel free to call in if you're serious about this wonderful guitar. Some interest but it's gone very quiet, whereas my bank manager hasn't. Action called for, so.... [s]The price is £1400.[/s] On Ebay at £1400 Reduced to £1300 for the good people here. ...or make me a cash plus trade offer, guys - desperate times indeed
6. That they do - got to be someone out there, somewhere, who wants this.
7. A little bump for the weekend, sir.
8. Great bass, great guy - shop with confidence, (and have a free bump on me).
9.
Hey I'm interested, how old is it (history of it) And whats the ohm load 8 or 4?
It'a about four years old, has only had the one owner, and is an 8 ohm cab.
10. New enhanced pictures added, old pictures removed.
11. Thanks Richard, and Ritchie - photo shoot tba asap. (Barbed wire??! - that's my stylish high quality duvet cover!)
12. Ebay soon - someone spare me their fees, please.
13. C'mon - it's a fab cab.
14. Thanks, Lee. Good to meet up, and I'm delighted with the Dolphin - hope you're happy too. All the best, Phil
15. *** NOW SOLD *** 'tis with a heavy heart, and a far from heavy bank balance, that I have to post the following for sale: Lakland Skyline Daryl Jones 4 string, Lake Placid Blue, with a J.East retro pre-amp and a Lakland soft gig bag. Currently strung with flats, plays like a dream and I love it to bits, but my Spector NS4 has top spot nowadays, and this isn't seeing daylight (yup, under the bed) so the bank manager has effectively instigated this sale. It's in good condition, bar a headstock dink and two screw holes where once there was a midi pickup (before my time). I'm in Birmingham, and you're more than welcome to come and try it. *** NOW SOLD ***

Just converted two extra long Comfort straps into two merely long Comfort straps via Tony, whereas he did the exact opposite. And we're both happy - top guy to deal with, and a pleasure to meet. And yes, a beer sometime would be good. Thanks.
17. As Kenny said, Do The Bump
18. Two extra long Comfort straps for trade As per the title really - they hark back to my Gibson Thunderbird days, which have to be worn low - it's the rules. As I've now moved on to higher and shorter bass guitars, both straps are now up for trade. Ideally I'd like to swap at least one of them for a Comfort strap that is merely Long, as opposed to Extra Long. Or another strap that I could actually use. Or something else of bass use - make me an offer, whatyergot etc etc. They are both black and in excellent condition, and are very comfortable - I would still like at least one that I can use. I can do pictures if required. There's a link here: http://web.mac.com/thepoptarts/bass_guitar...rt_Strapps.html ..which shows the length and current price. If you want to buy one I suppose £15 plus £3 for p and p would be fair. And in response to a pm, I've used the tape measure and it's actually 56" from centre of end-most strap button hole to centre of other end-most strap button hole, and 42" between the inner two. I thank you.
19. Bumpity bump.
20. Warwick 411 4x10 cab with horn, £175 Dimensions 24" x 26" x 19", and heavy, but terrific sound Okay condition, carpet cover on base needs glue along seam (where they usually do), and horn adjust knob (oooh errr missus) is missing Any test welcome. Pop round and try it - I'm in south west Birmingham, near Selly Oak. Buyer collects, or I can deliver within reasonable distance of Birmingham or Oxford, if you cover my fuel. (Selling for a friend, but it appears to be in my garage)
