  3. Hofner Verithin bass in a stunning Antique sunburst finish, got this brand new recently from local Hofner dealer. Never Gigged or used at rehearsal so in excellent as new condition Short scale --It plays and sounds great and is an absolute featherweight ( 3.0kg --- 6.6 lbs ) Photos dont do it justice owing to dull weather conditions! Strung with D,Adarrio chrome flats and comes with a new heavily padded good quality gig bag! Any trial welcome SOLD------
  4. P.S. Sorry it's in this section, maybe BC should have a section for spares or accessories..... How about one called Other musically related stuff?
  5. It looks like the blue wire is the earth and where it fits under the rubber "spring" on the bridge pickup is not making a very good contact with the bridge plate. Try removing it and cleaning the areas of contact on both the plate and the terminal with fine emery or wire wool ( put the pickup in a plastic bag or it will get covered in iron filings from wire wool ) Possibly a stronger spring is called for instead of the weedy rubber ones! Will.

  17. SQ photos as promised No sunshine today tho. so a bit dull!-- Any photos of yours yet? I bought this from the Forum a few years ago ( from bigthumb ) and have only changed the original damaged scratchplate since. It has just had a new set of Fender 9050s Flatwounds fitted.
