1. Have you tried blending any of your distortion pedals? I always use my dirt pedals with a blender now, I feel lost if I dont. Saying that, most of the time I only use a subtle drive as its what fits the song, despite the urge to go full on fuzz half the time.

Sold

That really is a good price considering what these go for at the moment. Ive been tempted to sell mine with the recent inflation again.
3. Id have to start with my personal basics which would be a tuner, for obvious reasons, a compressor, and some sort of DI pedal just incase this island has PA I can put my signal through. Id have a Line 6 M9 to cover all my modulation needs, loads of options there. Then the rest would probably be 3 different stages of dirt and a blender to run them through. Id easily be sorted with that I reckon.
4. Are you using the Cream Pie as a volume boost there? Ive started to love mine again recently.
5. I know how you feel. Its a vicious cycle and my individual pedals are slowly growing again. The M9 for me was planned to cut down my pedalboard too, and it generally has. Then I started to fill up again with various dirt pedals to go alongside the M9. While most of it worked i didnt like the order of my new board. Like I wanted two of the options on my M9 first, then some dirt, then some more on the M9, then one or two pedals at the end, blah blah. That starting making me want individual pedals back so I could get the order exactly how I wanted, but I really dont want a huge pedalboard again because of the hassle.
6. Why the change of mind? I keep trying to downsize my pedalboard, but theres always things I always end up wanting. I tried having a basics board but then I missed the fun stuff when it wasnt there, when it was there I didnt use it so much. I bought an M9 as a compromise and that kept me content for a while, but now im missing having all my individual effects again.
7. Have the prices of these gone up recently? There doesnt seem to be anyone doing the whole package for £799 anymore, and the amp is generally going for £899 on its own.
8. Im suprised this is still here. Its a whole lot of amp for the money, and is good for just about any genre you can play. I love mine.
9. I cant believe nobody has even commented on this yet. Thats a lovely bass and a good price too.
10. A DHA is more likely to get you a QOTSA sound. The valves will give you more of a warm, grittier sound. The Blowtorch is more like a synthy, electric fuzz. Its still a good pedal and retains a good powerful low end, but it doesnt sound like what you're after to me.

All Gone

Just the flanger left now. Ive withdrawn the crybaby as ive had the urge to use it again and try some things out. Typical. Im also missing all my individual effects now theyre gone, I just have to keep telling myself im doing it for convenience and money...yeah.
13. Yeah im willing to trade those 2 for your bass if you like. Hit me with a pm for any details etc.
14.
Good grief! Those ARE interesting. How much are looking for for each?
Probably £150 each for the Mammoth and DHA. A deep Impact went on here recently for £350, so im probably looking just under that at £330. After downsizing my board i just dont use these pedals much anymore, so ive been thinking recently about cashing in on them.
15. I'll have a Wooly Mammoth back up for sale, and i'll probably sell my DHA VT2-Twin-Std bass. May even be time for me to move on my Deep Impact. Hmm. I think thats all I have left to sell/exchange.
16. I wish I had some money at the moment, i really want to try a 6 string and something like this seems perfect. I might try sell off a few more pedals to raise funds.
17. Im so tempted to buy one of these. I can sell my current amp for about the same price as a new bass terror, so theres no money problem. Im just not sure about its versatility. Then again i only play varied stuff at home when I want to learn different things, gig wise its pretty much alt rock and I want something with some balls! Im planning on getting a 2x15 too, you'll have to let me know how that goes.
18. Ive got most of my pedals in a blend loop, so that would be a bit of a buggar for me. Luckily (?) I dont have the money for one yet, so ive got a bit of time for the gas to wear off.
19. Sold a pedal to Gaz just recently. Got the money straight off with no hassle. Good bloke to deal with and would have no problems in recommending. Cheers.

All Gone

Woolly Mammoth and 442 filter sold.
21. I see you're not using the SFT in the blend loop, so im guessing it sits in the mix ok? Ive been looking whether to get that pedal but i keep hearing mixed things about it. Id probably be using it more on the low gain side I think.
22. Delay? Maybe some kind of boost? That space needs to be filled. Who cares if you dont use it, as long as it look good.
23. I find a lot of the EHX stuff to look pretty cheap. Ive still owned some of their pedals though, but theyre still ugly to me.
