1.
I get most of my male escort work from women who frequent Waitrose - I can't afford not to shop there .
Ah right, ok.
I was a waitrose virgin until today. Shocker.
I'll leave you 2 alone then.
 2.
Ee-urgh! Ee-urgh! Ee-urgh! Now then, now then young man as it happens...
Lol, eh, what?
 3.
I can get a natural blonde in Aldi ?!! Why didn't I think of looking there years ago ? If it weren't too late to cancel the arrangements I'd be sending that internet bride back to the Ukraine right now . Oh well , I suppose it serves me right for being a snob and shopping at Waitrose .
If you can afford to shop in waitrose, i can be a natural blonde for you
 4.
Has anyone had a go on this? Is it really helping learners? or just another Guitar Hero type of thing?? http://rocksmith.ubi...ith/en-gb/home/
It will show you what notes to play, but not really teach you any theory or technique. It annoys me that they try to sell it using the "It will teach you to play" guitar bit. At the most, you might learn a couple of things, but i reckon it's just a bit of fun more than anything.
 5. Would this mixer that Zenitram is selling do? http://basschat.co.uk/topic/199943-for-sale-yamaha-mx124-mixer/
 6.
It's obvious! There's NO way ANY partner would be happy with you spending as much time on BC as you do!
THIS PLACE IS THE REASON WHY I'M SINGLE! *goes rouge and takes down the server*
 7. Just found this. The piezo sound is really punchy and warm. I think it sounds great! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qa9RgzpEtMg
 8. How have i missed this? Never mind, Milty is here to throw a couple of spanners into the works. What about a semi-hollow stingray shaped bass with a piezo and humbucker pickup system? It's something different, and kind of plays to his strengths, being a "Pure breed" luthier. (i gather that a lot of luthiers don't consider solid-bodied guitar/bass making luthering.)
 9.
yeah, and what about the short fat hairy legs, dude?
Well i would be insulting him as much as myself there, so i thought i would leave it. He does have wile wile sexy legs though
 10.
You're not hardcore unless you live hardcore.
Harmony- "Unless ya live hard-core!... OOOOO-OOOOO-AAAAA"
 11.
Did someone mention waistcoats? Look, it was a blues rock band OK?...
"Hey guis, i'm an amurican, look at my shorts. Look at my t-shirt. Look at Gibson look-a-like. Look at my sneakers" "Dave, you're from Nottingham".
 12.
It really does pay to shop around though, my local music shop sells them for £43 a set but I get them onlin for £29 and find that Stringbusters or Strings Direct always have them in stock and deliver really quickly too.
My bass teacher has a set of ProSteels that he had on his bass for over a year, and were still good (not even nearly dead) and they can be had for £18! £43 for a set of round wounds is crazy expensive! I know a guitarist who said it didn't matter what strings he used, they rusted up after about a month or so. I do also like the top end zing of a fresh set you don't get that with coated strings, but i do like the sort of duller sound you can get from coated strings sometimes. suits things like indie.
 13. Hereford- Cider country! OH ARR! Do feel free to send me a couple of crates of the best local cider you can get Oh, and welcome You'll like it here
 14. I'll have to try these! My love for D'Addario is boundless though. Hopefully the Elixer's won't be a home wrecker
 15.
Re this photo , curly leads - whatever happened to them ?
They stopped making them whenever people stopped buying chorded telephones.
 16.
No I was just using the word 'us' to embrace all the singles here in general. But I do believe you to be single 'cos you have shared many details of your life with us! (by single I mean not living with a partner. I'm not assuming you live the life of a monk!)
It's hard not to live the life of a monk when you can't walk very far! EDIT- lack of smilies.
 17.
TBH I think it's totally wrong that we're told getting shacked up with someone is the thing to do. Being single should be the default... unless you meet someone who really fits...
I thought it was the default? I can't understand why anybody would feel the need to date every girl/boy they saw. It's fairly pointless.
 18.
Very understanding of you milty. But us sad single bastards have to have a few advantages to cling on to, and being able to fill our living spaces with whatever shizz we want is one of them!
Lol, did you just presume that i was single? You're right, but even still. WOW! lol.
 19.
S'pose... you never really know the dynamics of a specific relationship, even when you've known both people for years.
Exactly.
 20.
I always struggle when I hear grown men/women say phrases like "I'm allowed....." You don't/shouldn't need permission as long as you have the common sense not to get into financial trouble as a result....
Who are we to judge how couples act?
 21.
Bolognese, from the Italian for Bollocks and Knees.
Yes, i always wondered...
 22.
And Shergar. But I fear the likelihood is we ate him some time ago.
And red rum was murdered and put in a bolognese.
 23.
Nope. The cone's fine. That's why I'm finding it so frustrating. I can't think of anything it could be.
Have you checked the chassis of the speaker for looseness?
 24. The cones aren't damaged, are they?
 25.
BSS Ar133 Di Box http://www.studiospa...?VBMST=DI%20box His EBS DI/preamp is a preamp first and a DI second, hence the DI isnt as good (clean, uncoloured) by its very nature.
Alright, cheers!
