  1. Thanks for all the responses. Just to say with my budget I'm happy to buy used.
  2. Hi I'm after an overdive pedal to give a bit of a boost and tubey overdrive at the milder end of the distorion spectrum for when I'm not using my own amy (Marshall MB450 usually through the tude channel). The bass big Muff and Boss ODB3 both look interesting and are easy to come by second hand, does anyone have any thoughts or other suggestions. I'm looking to spend £30 to £40. Cheers
  3. Duplicate posted by mistake. Please see other thread with photos. Mods please can this be removed. Sorry
  4. Zoom B2 multi effect pedal. Excellent condition and perfect working ordumer. Boxed with power adapter and instruction. Tons of Effects preset and programmable which I just don't need, or use. Built in tuner, drum box and can take headphones for practice. Happy to post for£5 or collection from Bristol. Open to sensible offers or trades for vocal mic and stand, or overdrive pedal (boss odb3 bass big muff etc) or possibly zoom h2 or similar recording device. Pics to follow. Cheers

  6. Haha yes the city of bath I should have seen that coming. Weve used stage 2 and shockerwick and like them both but we are rehersing more than gigging at thw moment and are looking for ways of keeping the costs down. Looking for any hidden gems to use. For example our drummer knows a band who use a farm outbuilding but its not in a location we can get to easily.
  7. We're considering possibilities for a cheaper option to the usual rehersal rooms. Does any one know a good value rehersal space near bath (guitarist and singer in the city drummer in Chippenham and im in bristol). Thinking of church halls industrial units outbuildings etc. Cheers

  11. G&L L2000 is definately the most versitile bass I've played but if you like Yamaha BBs my old bb1100s is really versitile with Active/Passive and PJ it can sound like most things and you can often get them for about £250.
  12. Can't believe this hasn't sold. Quality vintage bass. Vintage and rare in bath had one (may still have it) and it was lovely. Good luck with the sale

  17. Cheers guys. I've used my brother (who's a guitarist) clip on one and dont like it and found it a bit flakey with bass. I'm thinking of a second hand Korg but noticed Gear4Music are selling the Behringers for £19 on line which prompted the origonal post.
  18. Are they worth buying or is it a false economy? I'm looking at the behringer guitarman stag or joyo tuners at a fraction of the cost of a boss korg or tc and wondering if anyone has any experience with them or is it better to spend the extra cash on one of the name brands possibly a korg pitch black. Don't need anything fancy just clear accurate and reliable. Cheers
  19. Bought a bass from Jon. Absolutely top bloke deal with confidence. Quick dispatch very well packed excellent comms and all as described id happily trade with himagain . Love the bass Thanks very much.
  20. Only 4 and nothing too flash so no big collection. Cheers
