1. BTW. Shipping to Croatia (or pretty much anywhere else, at buyers expense...) is not a problem)
2. A slight bumb for these... I have been extremely busy with all kinds of stuff in the past months, so I am really sorry for not getting back quickly to those who showed interest. Shipping is somewhat costly (unless you can find a quote locally ?!) - However to compensate a bit for my absence etc. I am letting them go for 390 GBP plus postage, with the non-functioning piezo in one of them. I hear that alot of NY 121 users either replace the piezo, or take it out alltogether anyway so maybe I am wasting effort to replace it before selling ?!.
3. No original boxes, I am afraid... But not to worry, I usually pack stuff to resist a small nuclear blast . Let me know... Regards. Torben
4. Sorry guys for the delay. Cheapest I can find here is DKK 450 pr. cab for UK, and DKK 300 for Germany/netherlands etc.. It is a good bit more expensive than I thought, and I realize that shipping costs makes the deal a whole lot less attractive. I could maybe go £520 shipped to UK (Around £500 shipped to Germany/NL)... But I will have to double check a few things first. Regards. Torben
5.
What's your location please mate?
Copenhagen/Denmark PM's replied to... Regards. Torben
6. Testing the waters here... Not gigging a whole lot, and since my son came, my schedule cannot cope with more than one band... So... Well... I am considering going againt the trend, and change for something massively heavy, instead of this nice little rig. 2 Markbass NY 121... They are overall in grat shape, however one of them has some issues with the tweeter. This has not been a problem for me, since I just turn it off on the Lpad (many just remove or unplug the piezos on these alltogether). Could be a replacement pad or tweeter, but I reckon it is not a serious expence either... 400 watt power handling pr. cab, and very nice overall condition... Any questions, shoot . Think that £240 pr cab is reasonable somehow....
7. Count me in for fab !... PM'd
8. This one keeps on haunting me... If it is anything like my previous Elrick Gold NJS, it should sound and feel fantastic !!
9. Jesus... I could even consider selling my Dolphin for this one !!!. Beautiful !!
10.
@Torben hey man I pm,d you
Replied .
Continues to taunt me, this one!
Me too... I really know I shouldn't ...
11. Bombing this, as something caught my interest... (Or more accurately relisting it)... Still in great shape, however the pots could do maybe with a cleaning (a bit scratchy, but not enough that I can be bothered cleaning them, actually). Still haven't come across another BN-Dolphin anywhere. Comes with the original plywood case (bombproof !), so the total weight is close (but not more) than the 20 kg. mark. As an alternative to sending it, I could meet up at Copenhagen airport for a personal handover. Tickets should be very reasonably priced from London... Once again, I am having my eye on a particular other bass, and I reserve the right not to sell .
12. Thanks for the replies guys... Glad to get some feedback on the Eden gear . I do like the 'clean' sounding stuff (I'll mud it up myself, if I have to...) but the weight-issue is a bit scary though. I can get the 115+410 XLT set for roughly £550, and it is in really good nick. Not sure what they go for new though...
13. Hi... I'll try to make it short . Recently parted with all my EBS gear, but my 110 Neo cab, and bought myself a GB Shuttlemax 12.2. Tried (borrowed from here and there, for rehearsal) different cabs, because I really can't decide which way to go cabwise, and ended up going for a very very cheap Eden Nemesis 212, which I am currently using along with my Neo 110. Admittedly I am not entirely happy with the Nemesis, only paid around £80 for it, and it sounds 'ok' but certainly not god enough for any long term relationshp. Thing is, I am considering a few options cabwise... And I would really appreciate some sensible comments: Option 1: 2xEBS Neoline 112 to supply the 110... Could/should be a nice portable combination. Never tried the 112, and I am slightly reluctant that maybe it is a bit too much to ask rock'n roll sound levels from a 2x112+110 combo like this. Don't have the option to try these out, which is also a bit worrying... Option 2: David Eden 410+115 XLT... Loud ?, I would think so !!. Portable ?... Not so much. However we very rarely gig in the rock band, and this combination is actually significantly cheaper, than buying the 2x112's. And if I also account for being able to sell the 110 Neo, we are talking almost half the price of the 2x112+110 combo. Never heard the edens though, and maybe they don't pair well with the shuttlemax ?!. Option 3: Buy a nice pair of TKS 112's... Looks nice and lightweight, but by far the most expensive option. Around twice the price of the 2x112+11+ combination. So... anyone have experience with this exact Eden combination ?. How does it sound ?. I have plans to join another band in near future, but nothing is for certain. If I do I may regret having bought the Eden rig (of which I am quite tempted), but the smaller combinations seems a bit expensive, and may not quite be able to cope with my current prog band... ??
14. 8 ohms... I think 300 watts(but someone may correct me, before next rehearsal when I can check it )
15. Can't really figure out where and which way to go cabwise, so testing the waters for this one. Price includes delivery to Europe. Regards. Torben
16. Another time around . Could be the only broadneck Dolphin out there ??
17. bumpy !... Apologies for being late in reply to the interested. Work is really finishing me these days.
18.
What an instrument! Should be snapped up at a silly price like that
Thank you... She is a beauty ! . To be perfectly straight, I am not sure I really really want it to be snapped up all that quickly... I could easily live with it for many years still... Regards. Torben
19.
Hello Again! Any idea what shipping to the states would be? (Assuming it can be shipped) 47201 to be exact!
I guess everything can be shipped, given a bit of stubbornness & patience . I shipped a Celinder to Texas at one point, was around £90 I think, but that was without full insurance. Bit of a chance to take - But all went well that time around. I remember getting quotes from established companies like UPS, GLS DHL etc. But the prices was just plain stupid... I heard that it can be cheaper if the reciever gets the quote... Could be worth a try ?!. Oh, and I should add... It comes with the original plywood/aluminum flightcase. I weighed the Dolphin+case at one point, and it passes under the 20 kg. mark (but only just... That case could be used for testing nuclear bombs !!). Regards Torben
