    Price Drop 400!!!!!!!!!! Hi guys! I'm selling my Ibanez k5 bass as it no longer gets used, i've had it from new and have looked after it very very well. However there are a few tiny marks on it that you would expect from a second hand bass, the general condition is very good. I have had a good look on the net to see what is a fair price for this bass, they seem to be going for around the £800 mark new. So i would like to get £400 which i think is a steal for this bass. I really am not interested in any trades as i have far to much gear so this is a cash, paypal buy only please. I'm located in Lymington which is close to southampton if anyone would like to try it out or I will post to UK, europe at buyers expense and risk.     Great rig! I would have a look on eBay as I think there is a couple if 4x10 for sale for around the 300 mark maybe why no interest.

    Hi guys! Im just putting out a feeler really to hear different peoples opinions on Bergantino cabs. I got a ht112 from bass direct last year and spent 600 on the cab tried it in the shop and really enjoyed the tone. Took it to a small jazz gig that evening with my mark bass lm3 and from the first note put me off for the whole gig. Even the guys in the band commented on the sound being weak, no balls, etc The next day i spent some time sitting down with it and experimenting with the eq on the head and manage to find something i liked, i took it out again and bang it sounded like i was playing through a small portable hi fi system. It went back to the shop and BACK out came my trusty Aguilar gs112. I have noticed bass direct have had so many berg cabs for sale in the second hand section so I'm sure there have been many people disappointed once they got the cab on a gig, So i wanna hear your stories with these cabs good, bad or whatever. cheers Leight

    you have to try a: Aguilar 212 best cabs out there by a mile and you can pick them up pretty damm cheap.. EBS 212 is also worth a shout
