SOLD! Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 (TH500)

This has hardly been used and it's in new condition. I still have the original packaging, which is an Aguilar-labelled box, polystyrene inserts which cradle the amp and of course the user manual. I look after my gear!

For amplification, I've used Aguilar gear, big and small, since 2006, but tonally I want something different for small gigs. I'm spoiled by my DB750, and I think the TH500 represents this tone nicely only without the headroom of the DB750, so I guess I'm expecting too much from it. It's a great little amp that fits in the front pocket of most gig bags.

No trades thanks.

£475 delivered in the UK. Please PM me for shipping enquiries outside the UK.

Hi Lawrie

I may have a Genz Streamliner 600 for sale if your interested, but downside is that I wouldn't be after a trade. I bought it to replace my Markbass SA450 but find that, although I love the valveyness (is that a word) of the tone I just couldn't get the sound I hoped from it. I'll probably look at a Momark chassis with valve pre and SA450 tone shaping. Anyway, I'm going to try it again on our hogmany gig but if it's not working then it'll be up for sale. 2 gigs old and unmarked and would be looking around the £500 mark for it.

Maybe an option?

Stephen

Hi Stephen
Let me know about the Streamliner after New Year. Never tried that one but I did watch a good youtube review. Like I said, I don't wish to be without an amp hence why I was after a trade.
Have a good one!
Lawrie

Little Mark Tube- 500 watt version of any interest? 18 months old, not a mark on it and packaging. Great amp but the orange knobs clash with my boss tweed... :)

The Orange knobs definitely clash with the black/white GS112 cabs too ;-) I've had a couple of nice Markbass offers, and this is a consideration for sure. I'll get back to you - cheers!

Thanks for the offer Alan. I don't quite know why, but I've just never taken to TC Electronic's amps in a live setting
