  17. Hi there, I would be able to get the cash for this in 1 week as I am waiting for a credit on an amp I've just returned (SVT7-Pro - it was bloody awful!). I know these TDs are ace amps. I've had the pleasure of playing through one for the last month that I had "on loan" from a mate... :-) I'll definitely have this unit off you in one week if you still have this amp. :-) Pls can you call me to discuss. Thanks & kind regards, Lionel 07584 148756
  18. Hi there :-) Happy New Year. Is your TD650 still for sale as I'm interested...? Kind regards, Lionel
  19. Hi there Folks :-) I've just joined bass chat as I am bass mad and need some advice please regarding a new bass head... I currently use a PF500 Ampeg running through an Ampeg SVT410HLF cab (at the time I couldn't spend any more on a bass head :-)). The sound was OK (I knew it wouldn't sound as sweet as an SVT) & some time ago I decided to upgrade it to an SVT7-Pro head which I thought (& read) would be a much better head and much better suited to this cab. I was therefore really suprised and dissapointed because it actually sounded bloody awful - really distorted, woolly, and not clean at all with sensble "flat" settings. It was even worse with my Peavey Cirrus, which normally sounds great through most amps. There was no real clarity in the sound (no bass / boxy sound..) so I sent this head back for credit (I'm really gutted because I'd heard so many good things about the SVT7-Pro). I wanted to ask you folks... Do you think this head was faulty as I expected so much more. It was a REV-C00 version if that makes any difference?? :-( I'm now not sure whether to have another crack at a replacement SVT7-Pro or look elsewhere?? My budget is only about £650-£700. Please can i have some advice / suggestions.... Would an RH450 be an decent option for an SVT410-HLF cab?? Regarding basses, I play an Overwater Perception 5 / Peavey Cirrus USA and a heavily bastardised Precision. Thanks for your advice.... Jabba..
