1. No photos, no description apart from year and make and £2400. I think you've about zero chance of selling without a lot more info.
2. If this was a jazz bass I would be having it, perfect year, colour and neck. Just wrong style
3. White blocks for me on either Rosewood or Maple. They great on both but only on fender style basses. I fell in love with white/maple on a 76 jazz bass I recently sold and that is the option I have on the new Sandberg which I recently purchased. It is subtle but looks really good IMHO.

Just sold my Fender to Paul, very fast payment straight into my bank, couldn't have been easier.
5. They get a fair amount of love on talk bass too. I can't rate mine highly enough, sounds and looks really great. I won't be going back to Fender that's for sure. I think one's bought now will be worth quite a bit in a few years time as they gain more recognition.
6. I don't understand why sandbergs are so undervalued.
7. So Sandberg having been making guitars for over 25 years so where are all the vintage one's? You hardly ever see any old one's on the market, are they all keepers? Also do you think that one's bought now will be worth a lot of money in 25 years or so? They are getting a lot of love so can they have a collectable value in the future like Fender/Musicman/Rickenbacker or do only vintage American guitars command that kind of following? They are certainly as good both tone and build wise as any fender/musicman bass. Should we start collecting them now?
8. Its a bad thing. I started playing bass again last year after a massive break. Last time I played I had one bass, a crappy amp but loved it and it did me. Since getting back into it I've bought 6 basses, sold 2 and had as many effects pedals. Its bad. But still love it. I must admit I was pretty happy with my first bass until I found this forum. I blame everyone on here, especially those selling great basses/effects!
9. That is very nice. If I had the money available I'd buy that off you. Good luck with the sale.
10. Thanks Ruck, they are good but I mostly play funk/jazz so not really required.
11. Hi there, bought this from a fellow bass chatter about a month ago but not really my style but great pedal if you are looking for that synth sound. Full info and demo can be found here http://www.ehx.com/p...cro-synthesizer. Unit is about 2 years old and in good working condition with no damage, its hardly been used. £110 including shipping.
12. For sale a mint condition Catalinbread SFT. I purchased from new from the US about 4 months ago as I really wanted to get that tubing, 70's bass sound but couldn't afford a new amp. I've since purchased a new Ampeg which can give me that tone without the pedal so its surplus to requirements. Its not left my house and is in "as new" condition. This pedal gets great reviews on here and other bass forums and is a great pedal. Breif Description from Catalinbread: (more info here http://www.catalinbread.com/SFT) "We wanted a pedal that FINALLY let you control the amount of grind solely based on your finger attack. You know the feeling - full and rich and clean when you brush lightly and some nice wooly edge when you dig in. At the other end of the sonic spectrum we wanted a drive pedal that could deliver bone-crunching grind and still hold together without sounding thin or turning into a sludgy mess no matter how hard you hit it. So we did a LOT of listening – listening for the dynamics, how the pedal responds to pick or finger attack. The cornerstone of those particular amps is their dynamic sensitivity – the feeling that you plugged directly into the power amp, that there is always more potential on tap. It’s a big, lively, responsive tone – you feel completely connected to it and control it all through your hands, nothing gets in the way. So we worked on the input sensitivity until it turned our rather sterile solid-state test subject into a warm and responsive vintage-sounding tube amp" Looking for £130 (including shipping).
13. Definately. I've heard you make some half decent beer over there. Thanks again for letting me use your demo's/pictures, they really do the bass justice!
