3.
BUMP - Added a KORG DT-10 Tuner, for sale.
PM'd re tuner
 4.
I had one. Beautiful sounding warm amp at any volume.
It certainly is, cheers. Just found out that the drummer in the band has knackered his back , so no practises for a few weeks. Means I may be up for a straight sale if anybody is interested - it gives me time to get another rig sorted. Cheers Chris Griffiths
 5. Hi I've had this rare Trace Elliot v4 15" Combo for over 2 years now - i love it but I have just bought a GK amp and 410 as I fancied a change - I seem to do this every couple of years! Plan was to keep both rigs but SWMBO wants to reclaim the 'bass corner' of the dining room so this has to go. Its 200 Trace Watts with 4 KT88's (Reissue Genelex Gold Lions). Runs at 4 or 8 ohms, has a half power switch to get that driving valve sound at lower volumes, it also has an easy biasing feature. A few months back the original driver started sounding a bit scratchy and duff so its got a lightweight Kappalite 3015 450w driver in it now (at nearly £150), which sounds very nice and has the added bonus of shaving a few kg off its weight (it was 52Kg - probably more like 48Kg now, so its still heavy). Its the later v4 model - the one that looks like the V8 - I bought it in Sep 2009 off basschat from Steve Norris who did do some repairs on it, i believe due to a stuck fuse - but its all good now - the amp has been gigged by me approx once a month and used at practice nearly every weekend since then without an issue, so fair to say all issues were repaired. There are quite a few nicks in the tolex but is in reasonably good condition overall, has been kept in a pet and smoke free house. Update - 13th November 2011 Been bored this week so have now built an amp sleeve so that this can be used as a standalone amp head - there are just 4 screws used to fix the amp to the combo / sleeve so its a relatively quick process to switch between. The sleeve is 12mm MDF screwed and glued with some bracing - I still need to finish it off with some silver corner protectors, change the grill screws for black ones and also put a socket on the back of the combo as currently the internal speaker is connect via spades to the circuit board - which is awkward to reattach. There is no grill on the back. It has a roqsolid cover and the footswitch to switch the 2nd channel and the compressor, also may have some spare fuses somewhere as well. After £700 or may be interested in trade for bass (+ cash if necessary). Peavey T40's, Fender Aerodyne, Duffy type Jazz Specials catch my eye but try me with any decent 4 stringers. Located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, but can travel or persoanlly deliver for right deal. 10. Hi Recently bought this EXH Bass Micro Synth from here to try and offload some of the keyboard synth work I have to do in the band back to the bass (and so save the extra setup time) - this I managed to do, but whilst it sounds fine and does the job admirably its much easier to just use the keyboard, mainly with changing settings mid set - its just a bit too fiddly with the micro synth sliders in the short time between songs) Great pedal, new style - pretty much as new condition, velcro on bottom, boxed with PSU. Looking for trades such as the following (some will obviously need cash adjustments either way - the micro synth value is probably in the £135 range) - Korg MicroKorg (older style, not XL) - POG / Micro Pog / HOG - EHX V256 Vocoder I'm also interested in Fuzz / Flangers / Phasers, can be one pedal or multiple up to the value of the synth! Let me know whats out there!! (ps I don't need chorus or a looper.) I'll put pics up later if required. Cheers Chris Griffiths

 19. Ibanez ATK 305 - 5 string? And i'll put some new strings on! http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=85220&hl=atk
 20. Hi Ibanez ATK 305 in natural for sale. Bought a couple of years back and has been used for a couple of gigs and then used as backup to my Jaguar. Didn't seem right having a 5 string as backup to a 4 so I have bought a cheapo 4 string as backup - hence this is now redundant. Lovely bass in good condition - still has the original coated Elixir strings so these will need changing asap as they are pretty dead now and the coating is coming off!!. Will put the original silver strap pins back on unless you want to keep the black ones on! There are a few minor dings - a couple on top of the fretboard (ie where your thumb goes if you play like me) where the bass has been leant against something and one on the bottom edge below the controls. Will take some better pictures when get some sunlight. Can include a gig bag (nothing spectacular and the zip is dodgy but its free and does the job!) Pricewise looking for £275, bank transfer or cash only. No paypal. Not in a rush to sell so no speculative offers please, not looking for trades either. Can post at your cost to mainland UK but would prefer collection (as I don't currently have anything to post it in!!) Location Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
 21. +1 (Again!) Just took delivery of a Epiphone Thunderbird bass, in excellent condition, was sent out quick and very well packaged. Top Banana Chris Griffiths
