6. The neck is indeed fabulous and she records great too. Finishes on the bay soon. Is £575 too expensive? Oh well if it dont sell it will stay here, but offers of course are welcomed. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=1931

12. Much as I liked the DJ it had to go in favour of the Osborne cause of the narrower neck width. Gone Sadly: Staying: Just need a 70's pbass now, why are they so difficult to find when I have the money and there seem loads about when I haven't
13. Fab is the word can u repeat the PB pics and perhaps a shot of the two playmates laying on a bed together!
14. I suspect its the setup that makes it sound thin, i had a KB5 and mine was no one trick pony and fitted in whatever, I guess mr King just doesnt know how to set up his eq!! Bring back the Jaydee Mark!
15. Got this yesterday, as a die hard L42 fan (forgive me! I am 48) watched thru once, need to do it again when the neighbours are out if u know what I mean. Gotta say the new stuff does't play live as good as the old stuff, or perhaps I just dont like the new stuff. Any hows its a good watch for you L42 fans. The Kingbass still sounds a tad thin to me, perhaps I'll press the loudness button when theyre out next door, on the surround sound. Now wheres the keys to me Capri Ghia!

21.
I won't say it's the best way, but mics are the only way I do stuff because I want it to sound like I sound, and I play through an amp . if you have more than one mic it's better as you can have one close and one far, and you can pan one left, one right, or any such combination as sounds good to you.
Thats sounds good.....also. please keep the info coming i need to build up my meagre knowledge base. wtf is this midi thing? how can i add drums to the recording????
