1. Please see my above 7:13 post. They have no markings as such to say either way.
2. Well I thought not, but thats what they were sold to me as and the chap assured me that was the case, as it wasnt the pups i was interested in buying, just the bass they were fitted to, i didnt dispute the matter. Suffice here we have a P Pup set up, from an active Smith eq (they may or may not be EMG) hows that......
3. EQ now sold, EMG pups still available.
PMS replied to
4. erm dunno! as I dont know whats in ur bass the question seems a little odd and reactionary to say the least!
Will these be better than the one that came in my Westone Thunder?
5. Bloody hell gadget thats never the same body, blast wish Id have had the patience now to do what uve done, shes luvly and a one off. Congrats,+1 for the Shukland!,perhaps the birth of a new marque!
6. Chris I suspect from ur Sadowsky GAS ur going more trad like me............I just dont see the buzz with Warwicks, I know lots do and thats cool, theyre just too "organic" for me! Nice basses urs for sure and blessings with the sale, do they hold their prices well?
7. who did the leds they look cool and how much?
8. woops struck a raw nerve there! Sorry correction I should have said the only one in England! apologies to our Irish cousins.
9. fallen in love with my 75 pb and just not playing this at the mo..... u know the stuff about this, shes a rare beast and the only 1 in the UK afaik. Offers.......
10. well its played in there is some light wear on the underside of the treble side of the neck as usual from the 3rd to 5th fret but not much otherwise the neck is a dream and just weighed her at 8.8 LBS....
11. actually its nice and light! and the grain actually follows the sweep of the top of the scratchplate perfectly, looks great close up.
12. At last Ive found one.....!! A 1975 SB Pbass in fab condition bar the usual light wear marks. Enjoy. Andy
13. F/S a Ken Smith active pbass eq c/w EMG pups and gold anodised scratchplate. Will split these. The EQ works well and is noise free and exceptionally tonally powerfull. The volume knob oddly turns off at the mid point!. This may have been wired to the pots incorrectly (full wiring diagram included) but im no electrical bod so havent checked, suffice to say it works anyhow. KS as you know make top end Basses and this I guess is from one of their pbass designs. Pups work fine and the scratchplate is what it is a single ply retro anodised plate. Sensible Offers invited for some or all. Installed pic included for info only. Thanks Andy
14. Agreed this is superb and lovely without reproach, but as to a value should the owner want to move it on, its subjective at best. unlike a standard PB or jazz which has a value, and can be sold easily, these personal basses are a bit vague in value

16. hey concentrate on the subject lads! nice pics of basses are much fitter than talking about BB(broad band)! does that stand for blondes with big boobs btw? if so I stand corrected and want to join in!
