About right.. not cheap though [/quote]There is certainly some contention over the actual age of manufacture in this period, Im just going by the serial number which seems like the obvious datum recognisable point.
All. Big admission. You all know I sold my Spitfire recently, huge wrench, but I just couldn't get her to cut through the mix in the band like my mundane Sadowskys, which just seem to own and sound huge and solid. The Spitfire sounded great but just thin!, I tried all sorts of eq over several gigs and even the guitarist who as you know normally don't even notice us commented on how much he liked the Sadowsky sound better and how much fuller it sounded. Just my rant and observation.

There is one of these for sale in a shop in Kings street Hammersmith used, market at £180 guess they would come down to £15o at a push, dont like em myself but might be usefull info for someone, just send me a nice bottle of red!
