4.
Not being able to sing has never stopped me! (Well it used to but it doesn't any more - though it does mean my wife avoids my gigs...) I got sick of trying to find a vocalist and was already writing the lyrics and it just happened by accident. Rather like the bass cabs thing, who knows where life will lead you?! Glad you liked the tunes - hoping to do a whole album this year if we find the time... Alex
Yeah, i dunno, might try puttin a vocal track on it soon... wether it turns out good or not.. depends if i upload it lol Z x
 5.
I did all the production and engineering on the tracks linked in my signature Alex
they have a very frank zappa-ish feel to them! I like them! Z x
 6.
Great work. There's nothing quite so satisfying as getting songs down onto tape - I did all the production and engineering on the tracks linked in my signature and it is SO much work but it's always worth it once you've got the end product. Now when can we expect some vocals from you as well? Join us singing bassists! Alex
thank you and I wish i could sing! really do Z x
 7. Wow..that is very nice. its time like these when i wish i had money. Z x

 9.
Hi Nice sound, well played !
Thanks! I wanna learn how to use a proper recording program Z x
 10. Hey! I've just spent about 8 - 9 hours recording this in my bedroom. all my using is the free programme 'Garageband' that you get with Macs. and a 1/8 phono to a 1/4 stereo jack lead. Everything on there (bass and guitar) is played by me... and the drums are just loops from 'Garageband'.. and i programmed it myself too. PLEASE have a listen Just click on "(Cover) The Clash - Stay free" my Music Myspace: www.myspace.com/ZoeHeslopBass All comments are MUCH appreciated, thank you! Zoe x

 16.
Hi Zoe, Thanks for the kind words. If you're after one a good place to look is HERE at Ishibashi's used section. Only bummer is that you have to have it shipped from Japan with all the associated headaches. That said they are meant to be easy to deal with and do a great job. Cheers, JTB
ah awesome. i once bought a Fender Jazz Aerodyne from ishibashi Z x
 17. Aerosmith - Three Mile Smile! from the Night in the Ruts album x

 20.
Neither can I, seriously. But I write about half of the lyrics and vocal melodies for my band's material. Even if you can't sing, you should still try to come up with something. If you're not in a band right now, then start one (with people who actually like real rock) and get them to cowrite it with you. As you've done most of the hard work on your own, I think you may as well finish it on your own. Songwriting's tough but so much more rewarding (for me anyway) than practising arpeggios all day.
Yeah, pretty good idea. I'm in a punk band at the moment. but im into all sorts, classic rock mostly! Kiss, motley crue, aerosmith, new york dolls, hanoi rocks, enuff zunff etc.. Z x
 21. Nice so what ska punk bands you into? x
 22. Hey, i play in a punk band. they dont have to be boring basslines. I've had great fun writing ska influenced basslines, then fitting them into punk songs Z x
 23. Hey! that video is very psychedelic! haha Z x
