1. I dont think they make them anymore, plus space is a big issue I need to achieve decent volume in a small package, i might need to add a 2x10?
2. KiOgon has just recommended using an extra cab along side by Ashdown LB112 but who makes a decent 4x8 Ashdown amb mini 4x8 is discontinued, any suggestions?
3.
Have you tried adding another cab? Something like the mini 4x8 I find it really helps In fact have you tried any other cabs? I don't think the Ashdown 112 will get the best out of the LB on it's own.
You know what I never thought of that I suppose i just wanted something new but a 4x8 might be the way to go Any suggestions?
4. I did a gig with this the other night and to be honest it did perform very well> Bump

Chaos Parade

We are trying to promote our band as much as we can, so I just thought id post a few photos of me and the lads at The Indie lounge last night.
6. gutted i missed this
7. Price and Pictures would help dude.
8. I have decided to push the Sale of my Ashdown lb30 and Lb112 cab It is about 10 months old bought from PMT Birmingham. Im selling it because it simply isn't loud enough for our band so I need to upgrade, at the time I bought it I wasn't gigging so it was ideal for home use. Im looking at around [s]£500[/s] now £450 but i am open to offers. Cab is 8ohm UK made, head was made in PRC and not a mark on either of them. I do have some interest in the cab so I will split if the interest is still there
9. those factors look the business
10. i have never really had preference when it comes to strings but I have a set on my Kubicki and they are way to bright for my liking, however i have the same set on my warwick streamer and they sound thunderous! The kubicki is my main bass of course and although the eq is very powerful i just can't seem to find a happy medium with them, so i am thinking of changing the strings not sure what for though. any ideas? Forgot to mention strings are Fender rounds
11.
I've used one with a 4x10 Hartke cab with Aluminium drivers, sounded great and had plenty headroom for a reasonably sized pub. It is primarily made for sounding awesome at lower volumes, but I had no problems even so competing with a full band. As walbassist said though, it's got a nice, clean DI out.
There is a Hartke 4x10 in one of the studios we use which I really like, i am going to take my little bastard along next practice and see whats its like. Im just a bit worried that the needle is going to be constantly bouncing into there red! Thanks for all your replies guys
12. This thread has more bumps in it than primary school custard! Have another
13. Sorry dude I haven't quite got the funds for it and if I did I would be asking mojobass to sell me my old one back Try and put those pictures off the statii website on this post, they might help you they show more detail
14. I think with any Status the perception is you either love them or hate then, especially when it comes to tone It took ages to sell my S2 and i have regretted it ever since. But with more economic doom and gloom on the horizon and christmas just a around the corner i think anything is going to be difficult to shift. You just need to be patient it will sell eventually
15. Has anyone giged one of these yet? I have few gigs coming up and i am worried it isn't going to be able to cope, I didn't buy it with the intentions of gigging it. At that time I wasn't in a band and it was only for home and studio use.
16. Bump for a nice bass, although mine took ages to sell
17. more pics more pics more pics
18. If you can't upload them try resizing them. Then try and upload them again, I have found generally anything over 2mb fails to upload.
19. A tentative feeler to try and solve a major GAS issue i'm having at the moment. Absolutely immaculate 1990 model with 9v electronics used regularly by me at gigs and rehearsals. Check out my bands website and face book for more pictures as noted in my signature. Just been recently setup by my local luthier, just effortless to play. I would prefer that it was collected so you were 100% satisfied but will deliver it if need be again at the buyers expense. £950 secures the deal with a brand new hard case. Be quick! i might change my mind!
20. Sorry guys For some reason I can't upload any photos PM me if interested
21.
Whats with the avatar?
Some could find that mega offensive
22. Im thinking of upgrading my rig soon as i want something with a bit more power to gig with so I am putting the feelers out for my ashdown little bastard rig It has never been out of my spare room and both head and cab are in very good condition price wise £550 Just to wet your appetite there is a decent picture of the little bastard but it was taken to sell my beloved S2 I will take some more of the little bastard if theres some interest
23. I know mate s**t isn't it it plays really well, I reckon this would be ideal for someone who is downgrading
