    The producer guy who does judging on American Idol was playing one the other week *checks on internet* Randy Jackson. Can't remember who the singer was, but he was rocking out on a Big Al in her band. This may well solve some GAS issues. It may cause some, too ;-) PS I am forced to watch American Idol. Honest.

Although I reckon no matter how well you pack, you remain in the hands of fate when using any delivery firm! The bass has no case BTW but I am sure I could rustle up a gig-bag or something at least.

    Now sold - thanks for the interest everyone! [s]For sale - G&L Tribute L2500. Wonderful bass but too many electronic options and switches for my small brain (!) I am playing a Godin A5 as my main bass at the moment and think I would be best off backing that up with an active Freeway 5. The devil you know and all that. So the Tribute has to go - I am looking for £300 or to trade it with cash adjustment for a Freeway 5. I will post pictures when I find the camera!     Bought a stage piano for a bargainous price from Pete, our lead singer/pianist totally loves it - in A1 condition, met Pete half-way geographically. Buy or sell to Pete with confidence :-) Plus he loves his Stingrays, which makes him a top bloke in my opinion!

    Just sold my Stingray4 to John - dropped it off at his, despite me being hideously late and then rushing him, he was really patient, still had time to show me round his basses while we did the deal. A really nice guy to do business with, lots of communication, realistic haggling etc. I reckon you can sell to (and buy from) him with confidence!

    Just bought a rack/mixer case from this guy, TBH I made his life difficult fiddling about with couriers pick-ups etc. and he was brilliant, despite the fuss he packed up the case, printed out delivery/address notes and waited in for it to be picked up ;-) The case was v. good value and in fantastic condition. Buy and sell to KingPrawn with confidence!!
