1. Jon bought my Warwick 4x10 cab. Great bloke to deal with, prompt payment, very good communication. All in all, just how a deal should be. Thanks for a very smooth transaction Jon. Cheers mate, I hope you like the cab as much as I did. Steve.
2. Gus bought my Hartke 4000 amp. Great communication and very prompt payment. All in all, a very straight forward deal despite the distance. Hope you enjoy the amp Gus, a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the site. Cheers Gus. Steve.
3. I've found a really good video on Youtube which gives you some idea of the sound of the Selmer with a bass. Plenty of videos about for guitar use. A very versatile amp and a very loud 50 watts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFxQlfd4PDg
4. I've owned this amp since the 1960's but it's just not getting used apart from home practice. It's a mark 2 in full working order and PAT tested last year when it had a service. Sought after much more by guitarists but so underrated as a bass amp. For "only" 50 watts, she kicks out a lot of volume with a good 8 ohm cab. A lovely warm valve tone but with lots of top end if you bridge the inputs. Probably not the prettiest example but very collectable and could be restored to it's former glory. I've seen these advertised for silly money so really don't want to put a price on it, hence the trade. It's worth what you think it is . I'd be interested in trading for a Jazz bass but open to all offers.W.H.Y? It's time for the old girl to move on and be used. I'd prefer pick up but willing to courier at buyers expense. Will now consider straight sale £275 plus carriage.
5. Just checked on my JV 62P and 727mm seems spot on.
6. My Squier has been with me since 1983, it's my main bass and proudly wears the Squier badge. It also plays better than any Precision I've owned and that's quite a few.
7.
You're coming to North Yorkshire? That could certainly help. Just checking compatability with the cabs, to make sure I've got my numbers right.
PM'd.
8.
I'll give this a bump for a fantastic amp, got one at home
Thanks Goblin, my goodness you get up early.
9. I'll courier anywhere in the UK at the buyers expense. The amp could be in the North Yorkshire area for pick up on Sunday if that's a help to anyone.

11. Shaggy bought a Badass bridge from me. Instant payment and great communication. A real pleasure dealing with Greg and I'm sure our paths will cross at some point. A pint in the valleys calls. Thanks for a smooth transaction Greg.
12. This bass used to be mine and I can confirm that it is indeed mint. I bought it new and never gigged it or even played it that much so you're getting an as new bass . Jez is also a diamond to deal with.
13.
Whereabouts in Suffolk, Pike?
Lakenheath.......the English part.
14. Final reduction to £160 prior to Evilbay. Would consider trade for lightweight 1x15 cab.
15. Scratchy pot problem now solved so everything working as it should type bump.
16. This is really as new. Played a few times in my studio but never been taken out or gigged. More info here http://www.gak.co.uk...oustic-amp/3843 Asking £160 plus delivery. Any trial welcome.
17. A Badass bridge in reasonable condition. One of the E string grub screws is stuck and needs to be freed. All the others are working as they should. Comes with all the screws and Allen key. £50 delivered.
18. The Warwick cab is now on hold. The Hartke head is still for sale. Price drop to £150. Photos later today when I've tidied up the studio.
19. Will accept £300 if bought together. Photos to follow this weekend.
20. I've decided I need a smaller, lighter rig so this one is now up for sale. The Hartke is a 400 watt head in an ABS 2U case. The condition is very good cosmetically and everything works as it should. This is a lovely sounding head and has never let me down. This is a really good amp with full parametric eq capable of a vast amount of different tones. Reduced price to £150. Could possibly deliver or meet up if fairly local. The Warwick cab is a 4ohm 4x10 with adjustable tweeter. It was made in 2008 and is in good condition overall with only a tiny rip in the carpet which is hardly noticeable. One of the speakers (Eminence) has been replaced and the cab now works as it should, capable of good depth and very loud. I'll include the damaged speaker with the sale as a spare (I've been quoted £37 for a recone) I've fitted rubber flightcase wheels which makes moving it a breeze. CAB ON HOLD PENDING THE USUAL. Collection from Suffolk where the rig can be heard./tested.. Not looking for trades. I'll add photos soon. If you have any questions, please get in touch. Steve.
