Hi Adam yes, same price, : longlife guarantee, Lindy Fralin Pu's , Gold hard ware , D-tuner was on every old Fodera NYC ....the bass has a fat, 60'ies sound....I had 2 pre CBS Jazzbasses, this one has a much more balanced sound and is very reliable and easier to play....they are the best workingmans basses
  4. ONLY for trade against an old 1979-1980 pre ernie ball Stingray with heavy ASH body and Rosewod neck...., non epoxy preamp, and the chunkier neck ( not the optional, smaller neck ) they are rare, I know, but the Cutlass Stingrays are also rare PM for pictures for serious offers thanks

Yepp they are all 4-strings, with D-tuner, which was standard on all the old 90'ies 4-String NYC Basses..... One alder with rosewood neck also for sale, 60'ies sound this time

the weight is medium ....4,5 kg approx...... between a heavy Fender 77 ( mine has 5,5 kilo) and a very lightweight swamp Ash, which has not the same bottom as this Fodera, ...the bass is perfectly balanced.... I have 3 old NYC Empire all built between 1997-1999 folks, they are superb instruments, not comparable to the new NYC series and play mostly the same one.......so this one and another one has to go , these basses are meant to be played on stage and not in the flightcase

  21. Hi freaks, I am new in The RICK arena.....I am more into old P-basses, but I like the Rick sound, and want to buy one...I am collecting all possible info...is sb out there is selling one... I prefer bigger neck .........P-bass you know
  22. uuupss, sorry...i thought i saw it i the "for sale" thread.... nice bass. I am looking also for a Rick, I am more into P-basses, but I like the Rick sound and try to get as much info as possible on these basses...
  23. Hi freaks I know. The original guard is a white plastic pickguard. A greenish white nitro guard would not be correct for this bass . They were used before that period on custom colors, only until 1964. Anyway, i'll put a white one on it if I sell it Does anybody have one for sale ?
  24. the bass has a correct tortoise guard, not the white one in this pic ........i do not have a pic of the bass with the tort guard for the moment
  25. what is the price ?
