hey sorry man, i'd actually love to keep my pedal, but i need driving lessons before I go off to uni, so i've gotta sell some stuff unfortunately. sorry but thanks for the offer
Ha ha yeah Just been through the finances of driving with my 11 year old. 8 years of pocket money plus all his christmas and birthday money should get him about 20 lessons, if he invests it well.. Then he just has to buy a car and sell a kidney or three to get insured ... I used my bass gear to play paid club gigs every weekend and raised the dosh that way .... But that was back when driving lessons were about 7/6 (seven and six ) an hour (£40,000 in today's money) and my band mate's dad had a dormobile van thing and drove us to gigs for free (avoiding dinosaours and cavemen as he did so, obviously) ...

Thanks for looking at it.
I wish you and the Noname bass guy well and hope you get what you want for it. My Noname P bass is great and I'll probably be after a Bass Wah to replace my Ibanez Weepin' Demon' WD7 - fancy a swap?
I saw the crybaby and felt torn about saying something and decided to button it. I bought mine last year for £45 posted. It's funny what passes for "great condition" on ebay too, although he has pointed out where "the paint has come off a bit". A bit?
I'd be bidding for it at "half current best retail" which I still believe is the normal guide price for used gear, other than collectors' items, especially in a recession.

He's got the Estate Agent book of sales terms ... If you shout "collectable" and "sought after" loud enough and often enough it becomes true.

Welcome! Fascinating video ..

Name stuff, generally, throughout my playing career, because it's generally better put together (gawd save us from Chinese screws - why do they get that so wrong?) and it sells for more when you sell it. However my EUB is a Stagg and not an NS because I didn't know if I'd take to it - and now it's perfectly fine for the job it does. I'd not play a Stagg bass guiter on stage though.
Nowt to do with the 'Last Orders' bell being rung then ? Thats the usual reason for drummers speeding up
ha ha nah .. we're neither of us drinkers, though he does like to start packing up a tad too fast after the last chord so maybe that's it..... Actually a metronomic drummer, click track or drum box would be horrible... No feel ..

It's only a problem if the speed changes are not apropriate. Being able to speed up and slow down in the right places ia a skill in itself .. My mate the drummer can do that, and respond to a twirled finger to speed up or slow down .. .. He also drops the odd beat now and then and misses cues .. and there are some types of drumming that he can't do .. But then I do all that too and there are some types of bass playing I can't do .. .. We've been paying together for 20+ years and sometimes it's just telepathic
