  1. Sold pending receipt of payment. Thanks for all of the interest!
  2. Shipping (at buyer's risk) is now also an option - I can have the bass securely packaged, and shipped out this coming week for those interested. I may also be able to accept payment across 2/3 instalments - if interested, please DM me to discuss
  3. Okay - having had a flurry of offers and questions regarding the possibility of trades... I’d potentially be interested in either a Jazz/Mustang with some age/mojo/relicing/roadworn-ness and/or - pedals-wise - I’m specifically after a filter, and a bitcrusher - but would also potentially be interested in synth pedals, and pedals from Earthquaker, Dwarfcraft, Iron Ether, Death by Audio, Pigtronix, Bananana, Old Blood Noise.
  4. I've had quite a few emails with offers and various questions/propositions regarding trades etc - I will get back to you all as soon as is possible. Many thanks!
  5. @hiram.k.hackenbacker - I've included a pic from some of the original sales paperwork with some details which may help. I'm not certain of the age - but am checking with Fodera at the moment - I'll let you know when they get back to me. I'm not the original owner - I was lucky to buy it from bigthumb - who I believe bought it from scots_flyer1 - and before him, I think Embra had it - so it's 'been in the Basschat family' for some time!
  6. @Sparky Mark - a couple of shots of the back, as per your request (by all means let me know if you'd like any other specific shots taking, and I'll do so tomorrow.) There are no marks, scratches, dents or dings
  7. I'm reluctantly putting my beloved Fodera Monarch up for sale. This stunning bass comes with a Fodera hardcase, case candy, and all relevant paperwork. The bass has been very well looked-after, is in fantastic condition, plays and sounds lovely - with a huge variety of tones on offer - and... I've fallen in love with it so much that I'm commissioning another Fodera to my own spec (with perhaps another string or two) - hence the reluctant sale of this beauty. Specs Medium-Weight Ash Body (8.9 lbs) 3-pc Hard Rock Maple Neck/Pau Ferro fingerboard 5A Flame Maple Top Fodera/Duncan Dual Coil Pickups Fodera/Pope 3-Band Standard Preamp 34-Inch Scale, 24 Large Frets, 19.0mm Spacing Nut width: 39.3mm (1.55 inches). Gold Fodera 19.0mm Standard Bridge From Fodera; “Hand-selected, medium-weight ash bodies with 5A flame maple tops matched with our incredibly stable, 3-pc quarter-sawn hard rock maple necks with Pau Ferro fingerboards, delivers deep, tight lows, transparent mids and just enough top-end to make for an incredibly balanced sonic palette. It also offers a 24-fret PLEK’d compound-radius fingerboard providing the effortless playability. Fodera/Duncan dual-coil pickups and the Fodera/Pope Standard Preamp with 3-band EQ. Designed in collaboration with Seymour Duncan, our passive Dual Coil pickups were designed to provide a punchy and focused tone with a natural and smooth upper midrange. Wired in parallel, these pickups offer a noise-free single coil sound with added body and weight yet come with the added flexibility of full single-coil operation providing the snap, warmth, and mid-range punch of classic single-coil Jazz Bass pickups. Designed for optimal performance, our 3-band Fodera/Pope preamp offers an incredibly low noise flow, a very musical sounding EQ, and active/passive operation for the utmost reliability and flexibility whether you’re on stage or in the studio. Together, these electronics let you tailor your tone, from deep and round to bright and punchy and everything in between." I'm currently located in Bristol, UK - but am shortly headed to Nottingham. I'd prefer an in-person meet, but may also be open to a potential purchaser organising shipping at their own expense/risk.
  8. Sorry for the thread necro... Yesterday I picked-up a Fodera Monarch from Paul - and I can't sing his praises enough. An absolutely top bloke! Over a series of PMs, he proved to be super-accommodating - and on the day of pick-up, he went above-and-beyond - picking me up from the local station in person, gaving me ample time to look-over and test the bass - very friendly throughout. Very fairly priced, a very honest and down-to-earth guy - super reliable. I can't recommend him enough. Would love to do business again!
  9. A quick snap, taken this afternoon...
  10. A couple better photos taken this afternoon...
  11. For sale at £235 is my Meris Enzo. A wonderful rabbit hole of a pedal, contained within this little yellow box is a universe of synth sounds - please check out any of the review/overview videos on the web for just a taster of what this pedal is capable of... A little blurb from Meris; Filter Envelope adjusts the behaviour – either aggressive or in smooth swells, while Sustain sets how long the sound lingers after playing. There’s a whole host of modulation effect built into the Enzo. The Modulation knob creates warbles, dissonance and grit. Holding down the Alt buttons grants access to an expansive list of chorus, tremolo, delay, arpeggio, ring modulator effects and waveform selection. The filter dials take on even deeper high pass and bandwidth choices. Pick the overarching thematic sound from the Enzo with the Synth Mode, either in multi-voice, monophonic or arpegiattor patterns. Disable it altogether and use the parameters to alter your dry guitar signal. (Pics to follow tomorrow) Pedal is in as-new condition, and is supplied with the original manual, and will be packed very carefully for shipping (fully insured, signed-for shipping within the UK is included in the asking price - if you're based elsewhere, please DM me to enquire about shipping options.)
  12. For sale is my RMI Retrocat - specs as follows (taken from RMI;) Crafted in Korea Thin profile neck Extended fret range with a strong, scalloped neck joint for comfortable access to the upper register Master volume with pan pot for easier tonal blending Alder body in 3-tone Sunburst finish, and 3-ply BWB pickguard Maple fingerboard 5-way reinforced bolt-on maple neck 34" scale 22 medium jumbo 2.8mm gauge frets Graphite nut width: 38mm Passive controls - Volume, balance, tone Wilkinson single coil jazz pickups Wilkinson vintage style bridge with brass saddles - 19mm string spacing Side dot markers Weight - 3.9Kg It's a great, solid bass for the price - with a broad range of tones available. The neck is slim and quick, and the bass is currently setup with a mid-to-low action - and is strung with D'Addario XL's (45 ,65, 80, 100.) The bass is in great shape - having spent the majority of it's life in my studio - and kept in a hardshell case when taken to gigs. I can't find a mark on it. I'm offering it for sale, with buyers able to collect/meet in Nottingham (UK), or the buyer is welcome to arrange shipping (I have a box prepared, just in case.) Please feel free to DM me any questions or further image requests - I'll try to post a few more pics tomorrow for those interested.
  13. Price drop to £200 shipped within the UK (£220 to the EU, £230 to Rest of World) @clivem - eek! - thanks for the heads-up - I've amended the original post Rich

    Subaudio's feedback

I recently had the pleasure of selling Marti a couple of pedals. He's a great buyer - great communication, quick payment, and a really reliable chap - I couldn't ask for a smoother transaction, and can't recommend him enough. Rich
  15. @Osiris - reply incoming @Skezza - The bass comes with a Gator Hardcase, in near-perfect condition, with lockable clasps. I haven't found the black scratchplate yet - but would be happy to ship it on to the perspective buyer once found. Trades-wise - I'm all set at the moment, so am looking for a straight sale at the moment. Thanks! Rich
