afternoon folks! might seem like a daft question, but i'm lookng for some strings which will be long enough for my Schecter Hellraiser V. Thought it would be simple enough, went out and bought some EB's and turns out they don't fit, they fall about an inch short of the nut a fine waste of money! guess the long scale and the string through body is just a bit much for them so before i go and spend another 30 bucks on some strings which don't fit, i'd like to see if anyone can make a recommendation the only ones i know that will fit are D'Addario's which i'm not too fond of cheers (might be a free set of EB slinky's in it for ye too)

Hello folks! Just punting this out there, got my peavey cab and looking for a trade for a 2x10 or 4x10 i wouldn't say this cab is in amazing condition, looks like the input jack took bit of a hit from the previous owner so it sits at bit of an angle, also the felt on the edges is a little bit fuzzier than the rest as the cats seem to think it's a big scratching post nothing major though and neither of these things have affect the sound if anyone was interested it would need to be collected as i don't really have money to post it due to losing my job last month (fun times) or i MAY be able to deliver within a reasonable distance will hopefully get some pictures on here tonight, if not it'll be the morra Cheers, take it easy Gary

had the great pleasure of meeting Andy last night for a an amp trade, gutted i didn't have time for a cup of tea! I'll say it again, he's a top bloke and i don't know where he keeps his equipment, but it looks like this amp's from some kind of dust/germ-free environment! the things is literally spotless and in amazing condition i really hope he has a 4x10 up for sale soon so i can deal with him again
Very cool amps. I had one before my SVT turned up, only reason I got rid of it was cos id always wanted a BSP, couldnt find one, but the SVT 5 basically has a BSP in it already. Loads of headroom from these fab amps and they are built like tanks.
thanks for the MADD PROPZ, think we're pretty close to a deal on this one
^ I noticed that sticker, didn't dare google to find out who they were. No worries about not wanting to trade back! I tend to move through basses really quickly. Its a fantastic bass and you gave me a great deal but its just not quite 'the one'. I should point out to any people considering trading for this that there is a high chance that I'll swap it for something else in no time at all.
haha, i just put it on cuz it glows in the dark glad you were able to get some pictures which make it look good, mine were awful! good luck with the re-trade! free bump for a class bloke (is what i meant to put in my first reply)
