    Have you changed the transformer in the unit to compensate the change in voltage?

    Could be dull if it is a USA version and your running it at the wrong Voltage??

    220V is the nominal voltage for Europe including UK in domestic situations. It was changed from the old UK 240V a while ago to make all equipment operate without issues across Europe. Pete
