Any1 know what bass is in video of oasis go let it out?

There's never been a "proper" 4005 copy - there are some late 60s/early 70s medium-scale Rick-ish basses, like bass on this page:

But these are more based on Rick guitar designs.

The closest thing I've ever seen is a late 60s Aria RB350:

This one's owned by a JapCrap collector in Canada & is the only example I've ever seen!

Realistically, if you're after a bass with a similar vibe to the 4005 you could do far worse than the [url="http://www.woodbrass.com/images/woodbrass/I+IBRIMB.JPG"]Italia Rimini[/url]

Yeah I love the vintage vibe that seems to surround them, particularly on their earlier stuff! Saw 'em on their last tour and the bassist was using a Rick 4001 (or perhaps a 4003, couldn't really make it out from where I was standing. Good taste son!
