Getting shot of a blown EBS cab

So this hasn't happened to me before, but my EBS 212 has a fried crossover and both drivers need replacing. Cost of repair is roughly the same as getting something else a little bit more reliable.

So what's the best way of disposing of it? Would anyone be interested in the enclosure? Never had to fully 'dispose' of anything before

If you are anywhere near Bristol, I'd be interested in this, would be good to put some stuff I'm learning about cabs into practice by replacing the speakers and tuning it and such.
