Nordstrand NJ5fs split coil 5 string jazz-type bass pickups for Fender basses.

These are a split coil hum cancelling design. This pickup is designed to have a tone as close as possible to a true single coil. They have a similar clarity and bottom, and have a good clean growl with the same interactive quality that all our alnico pickups are known to have. Bring your Fender Jazz 5® bass to life with these great silent J pickups.

When you say that these are for a Fender 5, does that mean these are the same dimensions as the Fender Noiseless pickups in a US Deluxe V[/quote

Yes they will fit any 5 string Fender bass.

Well I do love all my Rosewood basses, but the one Jazz I have with a maple fingerboard is the one the Shuker neck, and the birdseye on it is lovely. No front dots, just birdseye with black binding and side dots.
You could have white binding to go with the body and birdseye front with no dots!
Lovely :)
