spacecowboy Posted December 17, 2009 Share Posted December 17, 2009 Hey guys, Don't know if anyone else has seen these new videos on Youtube from Dirk Lances new band Willie's Nerve Clinic but thought some people needed to see these, two of the videos show Dirk talking about how the band came together and the general jist of their music, one video in particular shows him playing some songs off the record on a P Bass, and one showing him nailing an amazing solo on his 5 String Stage II so enjoy them for what they are, they're not Incubus, but Dirk's playing is as amazing as ever! eude Posted December 17, 2009 Share Posted December 17, 2009 Awesome! I'm a huge fan, a very big influence on me as a youngster. Really glad he's still making music, sorely missed when he left Incubus, but in my opinion, the way the band evolved hasn't left much room for bass talent like that. Not saying Ben Kenny (right name?) isn't any good, just different, and more suited to the laid back stuff they do now. Great find mate, I'll be keeping an eye on this release...
