In fact, I've just found the same neck new for £119.00.

How much would the tuners, string tree, drilling and lacquering add to that though?

I bought an Allparts Precision neck on ebay with tuners etc for £69. Seemed a fair price to me at the time?

Where'd you find that Chris? I'm looking for one but there's no way I'm paying £300 for one!

Bit of lacquering - £7, replacement decal £10, tuners £40 tops maybe.

It does look a good job though. Even got the 'made in USA' and the 'serial no' on the rear (even though there seems to be no actual number.

Hi Steve
If you look at USA sites under 'Allparts neck' there's plenty of them. Personally, I like used neck 'cos you know they've been played in and I hate the feel of new ones. I picked up a lovely maple/mpale Precision neck for under £70 recently, but generally speaking you have to be quick on the BIN key to get them (it's why I suggested this forum; so often something comes up that's a real BIN bargain but you don't need it. You know however that if one of us doesn't get it, a dealer will).
I'll let you know if I see anything Steve
Chris
