yorick Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 The first one is based on a Streamer. Very nice basses. Got one floating about in the collection. Looks like it's had the electronics modded, which isn't a bad thing as they were originally passive. If you like jazz type necks, they are great. The second bass is bases on a Corvette. Not played one of these, so not sure about them. If you can pick either of them up for not much more than the current prices (£100?) you'll have a decent bargain. Hope this helps a little. lemmywinks Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 The Corvette looks very nice If you were after the Streamer variant it's worth looking for the Warwick Streamer Standard bolt-on, they go for around £200 and are German made. Same electrics and brodge as the Rockbass but with the Ovangkol neck and Wenge fingerboard.
