Original Steve Harris Fender P Bass *NOW SOLD*

yeah, I have one of the original claret/blue Steve Harris Fender Precisions and i'm (sadly) having to consider selling it to help pay off my credit card which a recent tour to Japan took a battering ram to.

i did do a deal with someone on here privately but unfortunately he has been credit crunched himself so i'm opening it up to sensible offers. i've had it from new and it is wholly original. i don't use it for gigging anymore and it is in very good condition with only a couple of tiny marks, but much less than you'd expect given it's age.

drop me a line if you're interested. i may even consider some part exchange involving a SansAmp if that helps. i know these rarely come up but i'm realistic about what i'd hope to get for it, so try me.

i can send pictures via email if anyone wants them, no problem. i live in kent just outside the m25 and work in central london.

Will be trying to get pics up later today for buyers and/or voyeurs alike! ;-)

Love the blue colour :)
it IS like that one, not quite as "sparkly" blue, with wine red scratchplate...the steve harris signature, iron maiden logo and Eddie (!) are on the front of the headstock too. the pots are metal but in black.

The pronounced sparkle may just be the effect of a flash. They always make colours look darker and highlight sparkle and flame finishes.
It'll be this earlier version than the one above.............
there's one on ebay at the moment for sale from a french seller (euros 899/app £785) but without the original scratchplate and pots which mine has.

the later version (as posted above by molan) is also for sale on ebay via an american seller (buy it now for $1400/app £835)

mine is the earlier version of the original with all original parts including the wine red scratchplate and black metal pots

i'm looking for around £650 if at all possible, which i'm assured is extremely reasonable. but please get in touch if you're at all interested. i may well take a sansamp bass di/driver in part exchange if that helps, but basically let's talk. i don't want it to go to someone who doesn't appreciate it, i want it to go to someone who really wants it, hence my trying to sell it on here. so get in touch if you're at all interested.
