Took cable back to shop,but was told to post it to the address on box. (no uk address) Tried to get onto the link (see above) ,that didn't work. It looks like unless I can find a lead(sorry) to a uk dept. I'll have to put it down to bad experience. I realise leads do cease to operate at any given moment,but if there is a lifetime guarantee what about an address for the company you purchased from?
