Jamesemt Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 (edited) Hi guys, I've just fitted a Hipshot ultralite drop D tuner, but when I try and drop the tuning by flicking the lever the peg doesn't go all the way to the lower pitch and to the stop. I still have to give the peg a little pull to fully recline onto the nut stop if that makes sense?? Once fully over, it's fine. I'm not talking about tuning, but in how easily the peg moves when the lever is flicked. As I've never used a drop tuner, is this normal?? yorick Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 I've had one for a while. In my experience, you need to push it all the way down.
