How do I find my threads?

Doesn't seem very easy to  see all the threads ive started.

Top right dave click the 3 lines, then activity, then it should show, content I started

Activity -> Content I started. Seems pretty easy?

I have seen it before but cant reminder where it is. its obviously easy if you know where to look.

got to profile and hit see my activity

 

And a list of posts, topics, etc are listed on the left side

ah ok thanks. Yeah ive got that but it seems to show everything. 

Ive just noticed 'Activity' on the top as well. Cant see my threads though.
