I’ve had this 6 string a good number of years now and it continues to be fantastic.

 

Does anyone else have one of Marko’s lovely creations ?

I had one once. It was a lovely thing but it was a single pickup bass and I did not do single pickup basses at the time. 

 

I would take it back now

I have a Status copy with a bolt-on carbon neck made by him. I modified the bass with Noll electronics. It would be nice to see all creations he has done over the years.

Is this the guy in Finland?

 

If it is, then I have one of his creations in a Wal style. Very nice bass.

 

He posted on the US bass site a good many times under the MPU name, I believe.

Yes, he is. I bought mine directly from him. A gentleman who has been working with boats earlier. He knows wood and fibers.
