A relic from Welsh bass building history

whilst eschewing (geddit?) the jokes, i recently acquired a marlin sidewinder for £15, its a hunk of wood, the neck was out of line, the frets had been removed in a diy stylee, but its great for playing with a violin bow or a drumstick, detuned an octave and put through a sustain pedal
