I’ve emailed them twice but no reply. I think I need to make a PayPal claim and get as many payments refunded as possible. 1 Quote
Gunsfreddy2003 Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I started a subscription at The Bass Show in Birmingham and have yet to receive a single copy either in print or digitally - I have messaged Dan Edwin a number of times and he says it will get sorted but still no magazines at all. I paid on credit card so will hopefully get a refund but it is truly shocking customer service, never seen anything so bad. Quote

The reviews could have been better, and was a bit repetitive in the editorial, but it inspired to look elsewhere for more detail. Quote

I've cancelled my sub and am going to look into recouping what I paid for the undelivered copies. Quote
