NGD RS Super

Recommended Posts

I've bought another Brian May guitar. This one is the Super.

It's a little bit closer to Brian's guitar but still not an outright replica

It has an enormous neck and silky smooth fingerboard for strung bending

7 pounds and 4 ounces

Will be gigging it this weekend

I love the look of these, Brian and his dad knew how to make a beautiful looking guitar.

Although I just went on the website to check out the current range and it looks like something from the late '90s.

WELL JEL!!!! As the cool kids say! I'd love one of these. Though, if I could ever afford one, I am good friends with the wonderful human being that is the talented Andy Guyton. His Guyton Red Specials are something else!! So for now, the best I could hope for is a Special model.

I suppose that shows how forward-looking Brian May was when he and his dad built it in 1963.
