redbandit599 Posted September 27, 2023 Share Posted September 27, 2023 Hi all I've just got a secondhand Ipad to mount on my mic stand so I can mix my in ears - I'm sure others do similar things too. Anyhow, I thought it might be handy to be able to power it in case it runs out of battery over the course of a gig. This helpful Youtube video made up for my lack of electrical savvy and I've just tried it and it works! Just thought it might be handy to know. Jean-Luc Pickguard Posted September 27, 2023 Share Posted September 27, 2023 I've recently upgraded from a pedaltrain with a caline power thing to a Harley benton spaceship power 50C board which has all the psu gubbins incorporated into it and is an absolute marvel. A bit Heath Robinson but think it'll do the trick. The unit is just stuck in the pipe using a small stack of those self adhesive pads you use for craft stuff.
