Ralf1e Posted May 20, 2023 Share Posted May 20, 2023 Bought this today for £100. It is very nicely built and set up. Some previous tarting up to make it look nice it didn't need. Having been modified it came with Bass line passive pickups. Incredible sound, power and tone. I estimate they are the money plus more. Not sorted yet but I believe a winner all the way. I often wondered what benefit there was in paying 15 times as much was once the electrics were changed (I put Villex pickups in it). bassmanady Posted May 20, 2023 Share Posted May 20, 2023 (edited) This used to be mine I sold it couple years ago, owned for 6 years, It’s a really nice bass I only sold it due to giving up on 5 string basses due to arthritis, I added the pickups and copper lined the cavity intending to make it active.
