I’ve tried a few USA jazz basses (not all) and I can honestly say I prefer this one, particularly the stacked knobs, I find them more versatile for tone. It’s vintage worn in feel was just so comfortable from the start and the pure vintage 64 pickups are fantastic. Here’s the fender spec: Offset alder body; Road Worn Faded Shell Pink nitrocellulose lacquer finish Maple neck with "C"-shaped profile and 1.5" nut width; Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer finish on back of the neck 7.25"-radius rosewood fingerboard with 20 vintage-style frets Dual Pure Vintage '64 Jazz Bass single-coil pickups Special 4-bolt neck plate with engraved artwork by Flea (I’ve replaced this but have the original) Comes with the supplied fender soft case. It’s Strung with flats possibly D'addario chromes. Weighs 8lb on my non digital bathroom scales and my baggage scales so nice and light. Not much else to say except it’s a sad sale, I’m just playing my P bass or stingray most of the time. No trades for now. No postage at this time I have no box but I’m happy to travel a reasonable distance (50 mile) to deliver or meet up.
