Hi guys.It is with great sorrow that I must sell my lovely VM Jazz bass.It was bought on this very forum last September from the venerable Steve Soar, but now has to go.The bass is in lovely condition and has been well cared for, both by Steve and myself. It has had an Artec pre-amp fitted which gives Treble/Bass boost /cut,blend,and master volume. The bass also has a Gotoh bridge fitted as a replacement.
The bass hardly gets used now and spends nearly all it's time in it's case in the wardrobe,so maybe some of you guys could make better use of it.Will come with gig bag and strap.Looking £200 ONO and I must specify now that I would require the cash to be sent AS CASH to my home,no banks or paypal I'm afraid.
So there you go.Will post pics ASAP.

Here she is guys. The little attachment on the rear of the headstock is,I believe,a pick holder[attachment=22807:Squier4pics_001.jpg][attachment=22808:Squier4pics_002.jpg][attachment=22809:

Sorry for the poor quality pics. Also,I would never dream of asking anyone to put money in an envelope and send it.I was referring to Special delivery,or Registered Post.My apologies for the misleading statement.Postage would be around £12.Thanks guys.

Ok men FYI.I need cash.Simple and as basic as that. The Credit Crunch (whoever thought that up?)has got me firmly and squarely by the balix.I don't want banks or even Paypal involved.Thats why I need cold hard cash in my grubby little mitts.Normally I would have no problem with Paypal.Just so's you know.

No? OK lads.I don't blame you actually.I guess it must look a little suss to some of you.Thanx for showing some interest anyway. If any of you are still interested,I've decided to bite the bullet and accept a Bank Transfer.I suppose every penny that goes in there helps to soothe a rather irate Bank Manager!Cheers!

For those who are interested in this bass, (and I would be myself in better financial times) I've dealt with Squire5 before and he is a decent guy.

Deal with confidence.

Frank

EDIT. PS. I've sent a PM to Squire5.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I had to sell nearly all my equipment early last year I hope it all picks up for you.

Just wondering if postal orders might be a good way to go, they are more secure than cash and all you have to do is take them to the post office to exchange them for reddys and never touch the bank.
