Fender Jazz lefty neck!

I believe there are other differences in hardware and perhaps even finish/quality of woods used, but I'm not an expert on Fenders! Can someone on here verify this?

It is only extra string length. Scale length is between the bridge saddles and the nut which is unchanged regardless of neck orientation.
